Crispy Boudin Bites with Tagine Aioli
Crispy bites of boudin served with a creamy tagine aioli, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boudin
- β1 cup Venezuelan cornstarch
- β1/2 cup Tagine
- β2 Lightly beaten eggs
- β1 cup Crisp breadcrumbs
- β1/4 cup Blanc cheese
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- βfor frying Vegetable oil

1. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F.

2. Cut the boudin into small cubes.

3. In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch, eggs, and milk.

4. Dip each boudin cube into the cornstarch mixture, coating completely.

5. Roll the coated boudin cube in the breadcrumbs to coat.
