Spicy Ethiopian-Style Kielbasa Fry-Up
A bold and spicy twist on traditional kielbasa, seasoned with Ethiopian spices and served with a side of crispy fried onions.
Ingredients

- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Ethiopian berbere spice blend
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1 cup beef broth
- β1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
