- β2 large Lightly flaky moroccan potatoes
- β Taginefor cooking
- β1 large Yukon gold potatoes
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1 tsp Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat the tagine over medium heat.

Add the olive oil and sautΓ© the onion until softened.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the potatoes and stir to coat with the spice mixture.
