Garlicky Portuguese Lamb Skewers

- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 tablespoon Portuguese seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β Salt and pepper

Soak 4-6 wooden skewers in lightly salted water for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, Portuguese seasoning, and olive oil.
