Stir Fry with Grilled Chicken and Tomato
A quick and easy stir fry recipe with the smoky flavor of grilled chicken, paired with fresh tomato and lightly seasoned with Chinese spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breastsMarinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling
- β2 medium Tomatoes
- β2 tablespoons Stir fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- β1 clove Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onions
