Slovakian Pork Wrap
A delicious Slovakian-inspired pork wrap with a hint of smokiness from grilling. Serve with a side of coleslaw or pickled vegetables for added crunch.
Ingredients
- β1 (1 pound) pound Pork tenderloin
- β1/2 medium Lightly grilled onion
- β1 Slovakian-style wrap
- β2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β Salt and pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- β Black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season pork tenderloin with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grill pork tenderloin for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145Β°F.

Let pork tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Meanwhile, grill onion for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it's lightly charred.

Warm the Slovakian-style wrap in the oven or by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
