Thai Herb Lamb Kebabs
Delicious lamb kebabs marinated in a Thai-inspired herb mixture, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal. Serve with your favorite Thai sides.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Lambcut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- β1/2 cup Lightly Herbed Greek Yogurtas marinade
- β2 teaspoons Thai Red Chili Flakesadd heat to the marinade
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped, for garnish
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicemarinade ingredient
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilgrill the kebabs
- β1 teaspoon Saltseason the lamb
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepperseason the lamb

1. In a blender or food processor, combine the yogurt, chili flakes, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the lamb to the marinade, and mix until the meat is well coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the lamb from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

6. Thread the lamb onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

7. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.

8. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb reaches your desired level of doneness.

9. Transfer the kebabs to a plate, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
