Vermicelli Bowl with Portuguese Chicken
A gluten-free and flavorful vermicelli bowl filled with grilled chicken, rice, and mixed vegetables.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons portuguese seasoning blend
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium bell pepperchopped

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Grill the chicken breast until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and tomato to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
