Pan Fried Canadian Fish Hash
A crispy pan-fried Canadian fish dish with a crunchy hash topping. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 Canadian Fish Fillets6 oz each
- β1 cup Hash Brown Potatoesshredded
- β1/2 cup Oniondiced
- β1/2 cup Bell Pepperdiced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.

Season the Canadian fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

In a separate pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the shredded hash brown potatoes to the pan and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

To serve, place the cooked fish fillets on top of the hash brown potato mixture.
