Smoked Chicken Fajitas
Quick and flavorful fajitas made with smoked chicken, broccoli, and a hint of Mexican spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound smoked chicken breastssliced into thin strips
- β1 bunch broccoli floretsfresh
- β2 teaspoons lightly smoked fajita seasoning
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β skilletfor cooking
- β 8 small flour tortillasoptional

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the chicken cooks, toss the broccoli with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and lightly smoked fajita seasoning.

Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until tender.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
