Moroccan Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic Moroccan dish made with spiced chicken, served with a side of fluffy couscous.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β2 tablespoons Lightly olive oil
- β2 teaspoons Spiced Moroccan seasoning blend
- β1 medium Onion, chopped
- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 cup Couscous
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the Moroccan seasoning blend and stir to combine.

Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
