Tunisian Spiced Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic North African-inspired pilaf dish, perfect for a weeknight meal. The combination of spices, couscous, and vegetables creates a delightful taste experience.
Ingredients

- β2 cups water Pilaf
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β2 medium, peeled and sliced Carrots
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add sliced carrots and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
