Saudi Arabian Kebabs
A traditional and flavorful Saudi Arabian dish of marinated lamb kebabs, perfect for grilling or BBQing.

- β4-6 pita breads Pita breadUse warm pita bread for the best experience.
- β1 cup Raita (yogurt sauce)Make a raita by mixing yogurt with cucumber, cumin, and coriander for a refreshing side dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until they are cooked through to an internal temperature of 145Β°F (63Β°C).

Meanwhile, toast the pita breads by wrapping them in foil and heating them in the oven for a few minutes.

Serve the kebabs hot with toasted pita bread, raita, and garnished with parsley and mint.
