Russian Beef Casserole
A hearty, comforting Russian-inspired dish made with ground beef, toasted casserole, and a hint of flavor.

- β1 cup Toasted Casserole
- β1/2 cup Lightly Salted Ground Beef Breadcrumbs
- β1 tsp Russian Seasoning
- β1 cup Beef Broth
- β1/2 cup Milk
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the toasted casserole to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the beef broth, milk, and Russian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
