Norwegian Pork Skillet
A hearty and flavorful skillet dish inspired by Norwegian cuisine. This gluten-free meal is perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 medium Red onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium Red bell pepperthinly sliced
- β2 medium New potatoesthinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Skillet oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the skillet oil and swirl to coat the pan.

Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
