Fisherman's Portuguese Soup
A hearty and flavorful fish soup originating from the coast of Portugal. This recipe combines the freshness of seafood with aromatic herbs.
Ingredients
- β4 Cod Fillets
- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β4 cups Fish Stock
- β2 large Tomatoes
- β2 large Potatoes
- β1 bunch Kale
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the fish stock, diced tomatoes, and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
