Lentil Stew

Ingredients
- ●1 cup Lentilbrown or green lentils are fine
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 medium Carrotpeeled and chopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons Tomato pastecanned or fresh
- ●1 packet Spicy stew mixadjust to taste
- ●1/4 cup Lively red wineoptional, omit for gluten-free
- ●4 cups Wateradjust to desired consistency

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
