Uruguayan Prawn Ceviche
A refreshing and tangy ceviche dish inspired by Uruguayan cuisine, featuring succulent prawns marinated in a zesty mixture.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Prawns (12 oz / 340g)
- β1/2 cup Lively Lime Juice
- β1 small Zesty Onion
- β2 tsp Ceviche Seasoning
- β1/4 tsp Salt
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

1. Rinse the prawns under cold water, pat them dry with paper towels, and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the lively lime juice, zesty onion, ceviche seasoning, and salt.

3. Add the prawns to the marinade and mix well to coat.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5. Just before serving, sprinkle the fresh cilantro over the top of the ceviche.
