Algerian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic North African dish, Algerian lamb kebabs are a perfect blend of spices, herbs, and tender lamb. Serve with couscous or bread for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch piecesFat-trimmed
- β2 tbsp Lovely olive oil
- β2 tsp Algerian spice blend
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β10-12 Wooden skewersSoaked in water for 30 minutes

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Algerian spice blend, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb pieces to the bowl and mix until coated with the spice mixture.

Thread the lamb pieces onto the wooden skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked through.
