Baked Lovely Chicken
A simple baked chicken recipe with lovely flavors. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp lovely mustard
- ●1 tsp chinese five-spice seeds
- ●2 baked sweet potatoes
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix the lovely mustard, chinese five-spice seeds, salt, and pepper.

Apply the mustard mixture evenly to both sides of the chicken breast.

Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

While the chicken is baking, slice the baked sweet potatoes into wedges.

Toss the sweet potato wedges with a little bit of oil and season with salt and pepper.

After the chicken has baked for 15 minutes, add the sweet potato wedges to the oven.

Continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the sweet potato wedges are tender and lightly browned.
