Brazilian Chicken Leg Skewers
Grilled chicken leg skewers marinated in a mixture of Brazilian spices, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β4-6 chicken legspounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- β2 tablespoons lovely brazilian seasoning mix
- β4 tablespoons oilvegetable or canola oil
- β2 tablespoons lime juice
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 onionthinly sliced
- β1 bell pepperthinly sliced

1. In a large bowl, whisk together lovely brazilian seasoning mix, oil, lime juice, garlic, and onion.

2. Add the chicken legs to the marinade, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Thread the marinated chicken legs onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
