Greek Revithia Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups, cooked and drained chickpeas
- β1 cup, cubed lovely, crispy greek bread
- β1/2 cup, thinly sliced red onion
- β1/4 cup, pitted kalamata olives
- β1/4 cup, crumbled feta cheese
- β2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- β2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped revithia, chickpeas, bread, red onion, olives, and feta cheese to the bowl.
