Stir-Fried Squash with Crispy Fried Onions
A simple and delicious Chinese-inspired dish featuring stir-fried squash and crispy fried onions.
Ingredients
- β1 medium lovely squashpeeled and sliced
- β1 cup fried onionsstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons syrian olive oilfor frying
- β2 cloves lovely garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon lovely gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons lovely soy saucefor stir-frying
- β1 tablespoon lovely sugarfor balance of flavors
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced squash and stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
