Kenyan Dark Molasses Bread

Ingredients
- β2 teaspoons dark Kenyan coffee
- β1/4 cup molasses
- β2 cups lovely bread flour
- β1 cup water
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1 bowlfor mixing

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and coffee.

2. Add molasses and water, and mix until a sticky dough forms.

3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour.
