French Tagine with Earthy Vegetables
A rich and flavorful French-inspired tagine dish packed with lovely earthy vegetables and a blend of cheeses.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, sliced Lovely Mushroom
- β2 medium, peeled and sliced Earthy Carrots
- β1 medium, thinly sliced French Onion
- β2 tsp Tagine Spice Blend
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
- β1/4 cup, crumbled Goat Cheese
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1. Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

2. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are softened and lightly browned, about 8 minutes.

3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the sliced carrots and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Stir in the tagine spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add the crumbled feta and goat cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.

7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
