Japanese-Style Stuffed Burrata

- ●8 oz Lovely mushrooms (shiitake)Sliced into thin strips for easy cooking
- ●2 tbsp Earthy sesame oilAdd a nutty flavor to the dish
- ●1 tsp Greek honeyA touch of sweetness to balance the earthy flavors
- ●1/2 cup Stifado onionsThinly sliced for caramelization

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Slice the stifado onions into thin rings and separate them into individual rings.

3. In a small bowl, mix together earthy sesame oil and Greek honey.

4. Brush the mixture onto the stifado onion rings and separate them onto a baking sheet.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until caramelized and golden brown.

6. Meanwhile, slice the lovely mushrooms into thin strips and sauté them in a pan until tender.

7. Once the onions are done, set them aside and add the sautéed mushrooms to the pan.

8. Crumbling the burrata cheese into the pan, mix well with the mushroom mixture.
