American Omelette
A classic American-style omelette made with eggs, cheese, and ham.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup shredded American cheddar cheese
- β2 tablespoons Diced ham

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and pepper.

2. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

3. Add the diced ham to the pan and cook until it's lightly browned.

4. Pour the whisked eggs over the ham in the pan.

5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.

6. Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

7. Continue cooking and folding until the eggs are almost set.
