Moroccan Kefta Tagine
A traditional Moroccan dish made with spiced kefta meatballs and vegetables cooked in a flavorful tagine.

Ingredients
- β2 tsp lovely moroccan spices
- β2 medium carrotpeeled and sliced
- β500g keftabeef or lamb mix
- β1 large tagine
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced

Instructions

Heat oil in the tagine over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add kefta meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Moroccan spices and stir to combine.

Cover the tagine and transfer to the oven. Cook at 180Β°C (360Β°F) for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
