Polish Cheesy Lasagna

- ●8-10 sheets Lovely Polish Lasagna Sheets Fresh or dried
- ●2 tbsp Resinous Olive OilFor greasing
- ●1 cup, shredded Polish Cheese BlendA mix of cheddar and ricotta
- ●1 cup, shredded Mozzarella CheeseFor melting

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna sheets according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the resinous olive oil over medium heat.

Add the Polish cheese blend and stir until melted and smooth.

Combine the cooked lasagna sheets, cheese mixture, and mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
