Brazilian Roast Chicken with Roasted Vegetables
A delicious and flavorful chicken dish roasted with a mix of vegetables, inspired by the cuisine of Brazil.

- β1 bunch brussels sproutshalved
- β1 red bell pepperseeded and sliced
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
