Spanish Paella

Ingredients

- ●2 cups vegetable brothchicken or vegetable broth
- ●2 tbsp vegetable oilolive oil
- ●1 cup spanish vegetablesbell peppers, onions, and tomatoes
- ●2 cloves garlicminced

Heat the oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the Spanish vegetables and cook until they start to soften.

Add the broth, rice, paprika, and salt. Stir well.
