Brazilian Grilled Kabocha
A flavorful Brazilian-inspired grilled kabocha recipe with a lovely spicy kick.

- ●2 tsp spicy grill seasoningor to taste
- ●2 tbsp lovely lime juicefreshly squeezed
- ●1 tsp sugaroptional
- ●1 tsp vegetable oilfor brushing

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).

Cut the kabocha in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

Brush both sides of the kabocha with vegetable oil and season with spicy grill seasoning.

Grill the kabocha for 20-25 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.

Brush with lovely lime juice and sprinkle with sugar (if using).
