Low Fat Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe using low-fat ingredients. Perfect for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Low Fat OilAny low-fat cooking oil such as vegetable or canola
- β1 cup Crunchy VegetablesBell peppers, carrots, broccoli
- β1 pound Herbal Tea-Spiced Turkey BreastCooked and sliced
- β2 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy SauceLow-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- β1/4 cup Fresh HerbsChopped fresh herbs such as cilantro or basil
- β1 teaspoon Stir-Fry SeasoningAny stir-fry seasoning blend
- β1 cup Cooked Brown RiceCooked brown rice for serving
