Delicious Low Fat Prawn Tandoori Delight
A flavorful and healthy low-fat prawn dish made with tandoori spices and served with a side of rice.
Ingredients

- β250g low fat yogurt
- β2 tsp tandoori spice mix
- β2 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 inch gingergrated
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βfor garnish chopped cilantro
- β100g cooked white rice

1. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic.

2. Add the prawns to the marinade and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the prawns from the marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
