Low-Fat Tagliatelle with Wot Sauce
A healthier take on traditional tagliatelle, served with a flavorful low-fat wot sauce.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Low-Fat Tagliatelle
- β1 cup Low-Fat Wot Sauce
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βchopped Fresh Parsleyoptional

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the low-fat wot sauce and bring to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Drain the cooked tagliatelle and add to the skillet with the sauce.
