Causa Limena French Style

- β1 (12 oz) package Causa
- β1 cup Low-Glycemic Rice
- β1 pound Peruvian-Style Chicken
- β2 tablespoons French Butter
- β1/4 cup White Wine
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped Fresh Parsley
- β2 cloves Garlic

Cook the Lima beans according to the package instructions.
