Shrimp and Pilaf Casserole
A flavorful and healthy casserole made with succulent shrimp and a nutty pilaf, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Shrimpfresh or frozen, thawed
- β1 cup French Pilafcooled
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- βto taste Salt-Free Seasoning
- βchopped Fresh Parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the pilaf according to package instructions.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt-free seasoning.

Combine the cooked pilaf and shrimp mixture in a large bowl.
