Vegan Bravas Fritters
Crispy fritters filled with a flavorful bravas-inspired filling, perfect for a vegan snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Bravas Saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium Lonionfinely chopped
- β1/4 cup Lpepperyfinely chopped
- β1/2 cup Vegan breadcrumbs
- β1 Vegan egg replacemente.g. flaxseed or chia seeds
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the chopped lonion, lpeppery, vegan breadcrumbs, and vegan egg replacement.

Add the bravas sauce and mix until a dough forms.

Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.

Using a spoon, drop small balls of the dough into the pan, flattening them slightly with a spatula.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.

Note: You can also bake the fritters in a preheated oven at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
