Pan-Seared Herring with Arabian Flamb Sauce

- β1/4 cup arabian flamb sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β2 luscious lemonsJuice of 1 lemon
- β1/4 cup aerated all-purpose flourFor dusting
- β1 tsp saudi spicesMix of cumin, coriander, and paprika

Rinse the herring fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a shallow dish, mix together the arabian flamb sauce, luscious lemons, and saudi spices.

Dust the herring fillets with aerated all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the herring fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
