Slovakian Pineapple Galette
A twist on the classic galette, incorporating sweet pineapple and a hint of Slovakian flavor.

- β1 package Slovakian galette dough
- β2 tbsp Dry honey
- β8 oz Luscious cream cheese
- β1 tbsp Brine
- β1 tsp Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the Slovakian galette dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together the diced pineapple, dry honey, luscious cream cheese, and a pinch of powdered sugar.

Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
