Basque Shrimp Pilaf

Ingredients

- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●1 pound Shrimp
- ●1 teaspoon Basque paprika
- ●1 cup Pil pil rice
- ●2 tablespoons Olive oil

- ●2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
