Tender Skillet Pork Tenderloin
A flavorful and tender pork tenderloin cooked to perfection in a skillet with an Indian-inspired spice blend.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup lusciousIndian-inspired spice blend
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of luscious spice blend.
