Grilled Australian Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic tagine dish made with grilled Australian chicken, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 Australian chicken breastBoneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons Tagine spice mixAvailable at most Middle Eastern grocery stores
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilFor brushing the chicken
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped (optional)

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the tagine spice mix and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Brush the spice mix mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken breast.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).

While the chicken is grilling, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
