Kenyan Bread Casserole
A hearty Kenyan-inspired bread casserole, perfect for a comforting meal. This dish combines the warmth of traditional Kenyan spices with the simplicity of a bread-based casserole.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Luscious tomato sauce
- ●1/2 cup Chopped onions
- ●1/2 cup Chopped bell peppers
- ●2 tsp Kenyan spices (e.g., cumin, coriander, turmeric)

In a large skillet, sauté chopped onions and bell peppers until softened.
