Pan-Seared Myeongnan Roe with Korean Spices

- β2 cups Low-Carb Tagine
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakes
- β2 tbsp Luscious Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- βfor garnish Fresh Cilantro
Instructions

1. Heat the luscious olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Season the myeongnan roe with salt and pepper.

3. Add the myeongnan roe to the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.

5. Add the korean chili flakes to the pan and stir for 1 minute.
