Satay Chicken with Black Bean Sauce
A fusion of Malaysian flavors with the addition of luscious and savory black bean sauce. This satay recipe combines the classic Southeast Asian dish with the deep flavors of black beans.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastCut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/2 cup Black beans, cookedMashed or pureed
- β1/4 cup Luscious coconut milkFor serving
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian peanut sauceStore-bought or homemade
- β1 teaspoon Malaysian satay seasoning blendAvailable at most Asian grocery stores
- β1/4 cup Peanuts, choppedFor garnish
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, choppedFor garnish
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oilFor brushing chicken
- β1 tablespoon HoneyFor serving (optional)

2. In a small bowl, mix together satay seasoning blend, peanut sauce, and honey.
