Tiramisu Rice Krispies Crunch
A creative dessert that combines the classic Italian flavors of tiramisu with the childhood favorite of Rice Krispies treats.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Rice Krispies
- β1 cup Italian cookies (e.g., Biscotti or Savoiardi)
- β1 cup Molten chocolate
- β1/2 cup Whipped cream
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β8 oz Luscious mascarpone cheese

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Krispies and cookies.

Melt the molten chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval.

Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispies mixture and stir until combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until well combined.

Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the mascarpone mixture and stir to combine.
