Smoked German Pepper Skewers
A flavorful and colorful vegetarian skewer dish featuring smoky peppers, onions and German sausage. Perfect for a quick and easy summer dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound German sausage (such as Bratwurst)cut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large red bell pepper, 1 large yellow bell pepper Bell pepperscut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large onion Onioncut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 medium zucchini Zucchinicut into 1-inch slices
- β1 cup Luscious mushrooms Button or Crimini work well
- β10-12 wooden skewers Skewerssoak in water for 30 minutes before grilling

Thread the German sausage, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms onto the skewers.
