Grilled Pork Kebabs with Japanese Teriyaki Sauce
A fusion twist on traditional kebabs, infused with Japanese flavors and served with a sweet teriyaki sauce.

- β1 1/2 pounds Pork (for kebabs)Cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/2 cup Teriyaki sauceHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons SyrupHoney or brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oilFor brushing kebabs
- β2 tablespoons SyrupFor serving
- β1/4 cup Green onionsChopped for garnish
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated for teriyaki sauce
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauceFor teriyaki sauce
- β1 tablespoon SugarFor teriyaki sauce
- β1 clove GarlicMinced for teriyaki sauce

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic.

3. Add pork cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

4. Thread pork cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each cube.

5. Brush kebabs with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.

6. Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked through.
