Pan-Seared Polish Duck Breast with Honey Gratin
Tender Polish duck breast pan-seared to perfection and served with a sweet honey gratin.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp honeypure
- ●1 cup gratinstore-bought or homemade
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste pepper
- ●2 tbsp butterunsalted
- ●1 sprig fresh thyme

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the duck breast with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the duck breast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the duck reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Meanwhile, prepare the honey gratin according to the package instructions.

Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the duck breast with the honey gratin spooned over the top.
